Nurtured a local conference to an international conference, called IEEE Int’l Conference on Adaptive Science & Technology (ICAST) conference.org with scheduled meetings: conference.org –2012: Held in Ghana –2013: Pretoria, South Africa –2014: Covenant University near Lagos, Nigeria Professional Mentoring: 4 PhD candidates Industry engagement: 2x marketing seminars at Ericsson Ghana

5 Future Activities Co-sponsor of yearly ICAST international conference Distinguished Lecturer program: –Suggestion: Organize 3 separate meetings in 3 cities (Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast) as our neighboring Chapters are “far” neighbors (South Africa & Nigeria) WCET (Wir. Comms. Engg Certification) –This could be motivational, but unless sponsored by employers participants may need some discounts.
