I’M PUTTING YOU ON THE STRATEGIC PLANNING TEAM IT’S LIKE WORK BUT WITHOUT THE SATISFACTION OF ACCOMPLISHING ANYTHING.

If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll end up somewhere else.

A: Learning Objectives (Use Planning Guide in Workbook p. 57) Identify the resources available and benefits of strategic planning & visioning Articulate the difference between strategic planning and annual goals Outline the goal planning process, setting a key goal and developing an action plan with benchmarks Understand the formal club visioning process and how to conduct it
