Questionnaire sent to every member (Survey-Monkey)
Step 2 (2-4 weeks later)
Visioning Session (circa 2.5 hours)

Develop An Action Plan based on the results at the Visioning Session

Welcome, Instructions (15 min.)
Individual work on Work-book (30 min)
Collection of ideas/suggestions; scribes take them down on flip charts (60 min.)
Flip charts are put on the walls (10 min)
Two rounds of voting; second round with fewer alternatives (20 min)
Conclusions, Next Step (20 min)

In a work-book, write a letter to the Rotary International President as if it were 2020, explaining why your Club deserves the newly established Distinguished Gold Medal as recognition for being “The Best Club in The World.”
