Log in to the Niagara Wheatfield cloud (WebNetwork) Same for home or school Username: your personal username again Password: your secret word again Click the “log in” button

Home I need to create, open, save, move or files. I DO NOT have Internet service I DO have Internet service

SCHOOL I need to create, open, save or move or files. To SaveTo Create To OpenTo Move

School I need to CREATE files while at school. Open the software program and get started!

School I need to OPEN files while at school. If it’s in your “My Files”, locate it and double click the file or click on the icon under the “OPEN” column. If it’s in a Shared Folder, locate it and follow the same steps.

School I need to SAVE files while at school. Use the SAVE from within the software program. Be sure to include your Username in the name of your file. Be careful to select your Home Folder and the correct folder inside! (It is a good idea to use the Homework folder)

School I need to MOVE files while at school to organize, turn in homework to my teacher’s dropbox, or place work in my Homework folder. Open “My Files” Open the folders in the left panel, click the + sign(s) Click on the folder that contains the file you want to move Select the file in the right panel, and drag it to the new folder in the left panel You will see the copy icon as you drag You might want to delete the original file so there aren’t two different copies. Use the Delete button when needed.

HOME without Internet Before you leave school…. Save your work as you normally would at school but leave the file open Do a “save as” and choose the SD Card (D:) as the saving location. Double click the “Homework” folder to open it. Save your file in the Homework folder. Your save as window should look like this:

HOME without Internet I need to OPEN files while at home. Close the Internet Explorer Window Use the shortcut to the SD Card (D:) on your desktop and double click the Homework folder, Select your file to Open *Remember, you can only work with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher.
