1 TURNER COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM Uploading Lesson Plans with eBackpack

2 Go to the eBackpack link on your schools webpage Or go to https://turner.ebackpack. com/login

3 Log in using your assigned username and password

4 This will bring you to the home page of eBackpack. The first thing you will need to do is download the lesson plan template to your computer. To get to the template you click on “My Files” Once you download the template and save it to your desktop you will not have to repeat this process. You will use the same template over and over and just do a “Save As” and rename it.

5 Once you open the “My Files” you will see the Lesson Plan template. To download the template, click on the download link and save the template to your desktop.

6 Fill in your lesson plans according to the standards for you class. Save the lesson plan with your name and the date for the week. (Ex. Augusta LP 8-14-15) This will make it easier for the administrators to Identify which lesson plan is for which week.

7 For this training I have a folder on my desktop called “Augusta Lesson Plans” The lesson plan for this week is saved in the Lesson Plans folder.

8 To upload your lesson plans into eBackpack. Click on the green folder with your name.

9 To upload click the + sign to add file This opens the upload box. Click “Select File” and choose your lesson plan file from it’s saved location. Notice you can upload from Dropbox, Google Drive or other locations.

10 Once file is selected click on the “Add Files” button to upload.

11 The Lesson Plan is now uploaded and can be viewed by you and by the assigned administrators.

12 You and the administrator can not add COMMENTS to the lessons by clicking on the EXPRESSION BUBBLE and typing in your comment.

13 Once the lesson plan for the week are finished they need to be moved into the “Past Lesson Plan” folder To do this, click and hold the lesson plan and drag it into the Past Lesson Plan folder.

14 Your past lesson plans are now archived for use in future years or to go back and review. Each week you should add the current lesson plan to the folder.
