What is leadership?  Leadership is a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. Source: Chemers, M. M., 2002

Are leaders born or made?  Good leaders are made not born  If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader.  Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience.

Make the most of it…  Utilize your leadership type to your advantage  Be self-aware  Don’t try to be something your not  Plan and Do!  Learn from the experience  Don’t be afraid of mistakes  Make decisions with participation and data  BE DECISIVE
