RSVP is Division of Senior Corps The mission of the RSVP is to make a positive impact on the well-being of all West Virginians by promoting volunteerism that draws from the life experiences of citizens 55 and over. Senior Corps is a network of national service programs that provides older Americans opportunity to apply life experience.
