Lightweight Energy Panels Africa presents Building Communities Changing Atmospheres

SERVING WITH PURPOSE CHANGING THE WAY WE LIVE

Defining Vision  far-sightedness: the ability to anticipate possible future events and developments  the ability to perceive something not actually visible, as to pull it through to the physical with keen foresight; a project made possible by a man's vision to fore fill his purpose

The Cafeteria Concept in Community Building When we talk about the concepts viewed in this presentation, please know that these ideas are suggestions and some parts can be included or excluded, and the project can be tailor made to fit the community it serves, like a cafeteria.

Community Development Project Our Goal / Our Vision

The Project Our vision is to establish communities that are supported by sustainable methods of socio economic growth. To create green community’s that are self sustaining. That uses in the latest technology in Energy, Building Techniques, Gardening, Health, Education and Recycling. To transfer skills to those who would maintain the vision

Energy=Power for Change The main foundation for the growth and maintaining of the vision societies is the creation of green energy. Each community may have it’s own power generating farm, to create jobs and income for the community. The vision communities will have access to the latest in green energy generation, such as; but not limited to: Solar farms, Wind farms and Wave power where possible. The excess power generated by these farms can be sold for the benefit of the community. (Energy can become the communities export resource).

The Housing Units Each Housing unit is a single family home that generates it’s own energy by the use of solar and wind power. The excess energy created from each home can be stored collectively on site and also sold to the local power company to create income for the family. Each unit may utilize the latest insulation technology to achieve maximum energy efficiency.

Care For The Aging Each community could have an apartment style setting for our aging population that can no longer live without assistance. Each community for the aging will have 24hr medical care, with one floor of the building dedicated to resident health care.

Water Generation Each Unit will have the ability to generate clean drinking water. Waste water will be recycled to both private and public gardens within the community. It is our goal that everything within the community serves a purpose.

Grocery Store The community may have it’s own Grocery store that can be owned and operated by the community. This can also generate income for the community.

Health Care Each community may also have it’s own clinics as well a hospital on site. These institutions will practice conventional, and preventative medicine as well as holistic care and natural cures.

The Gardens There may be a community garden, that utilizes the latest in agricultural development for the benefit of the community extending to farms. As well each housing unit may have it’s own private Hydroponics Garden. Any excess production can be sold for the benefit of the community and create income for the community. It is our goal that even the trees planted all around the community will also produce fruit. Again everything within the community shall serve a purpose for the benefit of the community.

Education & Cyber Learning Centers Education will be a vital part of the community, from Kindergarten through collage, from agriculture to world banking. The higher levels of education can be held at remote learning centers within the community utilizing the latest in online learning. The community will also host business and trade development learning centers.

Entrepreneur Development Our Children are our most valuable asset, and we must train them to see themselves as they never have before; as masters of their own destiny, and leaders in the world. So as part of the education curriculum, entrepreneur development will be key to their personal growth. They may receive business training all through out school, and should they decide to start a business, The Entrepreneur Development Center will be their to guide them and help with finance.

Business/Job Creation Here are just some of the examples of business and job development within the community: A natural resource factory, utilizing and development of natural resources within the region of community. A trade development center where natural resources may be traded on a global scale. A water treatment center, serving the people of the community and creating jobs for the people it serves; Just to name a few.

Banking Local / National BankingInternational Banking Each community may have banks that work on Local, National and International scales, that will help to generate income for the community by using sound ethical principals of banking.

Transportation One of the key steps in the development of any society is transportation. Every home in the community could come with an electric/hydrogen vehicle. In our vision society, public transportation should be made available via electric busses. And as communities continue to develop and become more numerous, high speed rail could be available connecting community to community and through out the country and adjoining countries.

Community Center There could be a community center where meetings can be held as well as recreation for the children.

Business Park & Community Businesses Each community may have a Business Park, Community Markets and Restaurants that reflect the culture of the society, ext…

Power in Unity One of the most powerful creatures in nature is not the lion nor the elephant; it is the Ant. Because of their unity and oneness of mind, the Ant can take down the lion and lay waste to the elephant. Because with unity comes power, such is the mind set of the Vision Communities. People coming together for the benefit of the community. Where the development of people comes first. It is our goal to free people, from suffering so that they may achieve their highest human potential.
