Skills Map & My Business “We have adopted the skills map to align it more to our 2020 Sustainability Vision and roadmap and have conducted a detailed assessment of the knowledge and skill sets required for different job roles within the group. We are now in the final stages of preparing the framework which will then form an important element on our skills and leadership development frameworks.” Following engagement with IEMA we developed the framework so that it is aligned to and reflects our Group Sustainability Strategy and supports our business priorities. Current Eligibility - MIEMA AIEMA 3 (/4) yrs full time experience Application, 1000 word paper, 40-60min face to face interview. OR Affiliate / Non-member 7yrs full time experience Application, 2000 word paper, 60-90min face to face interview, evidence of 80hrs of training required PLUS Relevant Masters or a 500 word report demonstrating equivalent level of knowledge

The Revised Full Membership Standard
