| REWARD PROGRAM Gold Reward (Score 90 or higher) Employee $20 per pay check for employee on the health plan that achieves the gold podium $125 one time payout, for employees that are not part of our health plan and achieve the gold podium Spouse or Same Sex Domestic Partner $10 per pay check for spouse on the health plan that achieves the gold podium Spouses not part of our health plan are not eligible for a reward 7
