2 2 HCPSS History of Employee Wellness HCPSS has always believed in supporting and encouraging employee health and wellness. We have had wellness initiatives such as flu shots, health fairs, lunch and learn sessions, and exercise classes in support of employee wellness.

3 3 We Need To Do More We have realized these individual programs are not enough to sustain the wellness outcomes we want for our employees. We must do more.

4 4 An HCPSS Comprehensive Employee Wellness Program is Coming!! We have begun an action plan to establish a comprehensive employee wellness plan.

5 5 The Employee Wellness Plan Actions Underway Established a Benefits Committee Selected a vendor to partner with us on the implementation of a healthy activity program Evaluation health and wellness RFP’s

7 7 Our Mission Our Mission is to create a workplace that supports and celebrates each individual's lifelong journey toward optimal physical, emotional, and mental well-being by providing awareness, education, motivation, and behavior change programs for achieving high level wellness.

8 8 Our Outcome The outcome will be a staff that practices positive lifestyle behaviors to protect and enhance their health and who serve as role models for the lives they touch. The impact will be a positive effect on HCPSS's health insurance costs.
