6. Fitness Center Reimbursements Employees and families can belong to any center they choose. Employees and/or spouse are eligible to earn cash back for membership fees If they workout 5 times in a month - $10; if they workout 10 times in a month - $20 Reimbursed $4460 in 2015

Contests and Incentives Weight loss and Maintenance contests 2013  Weight loss challenge -110 employees participated – 1073lbs lost overall and $4400 given out to employees 2014  Keep it off challenge – 64 employees participated, $1440 given to employees plus 5 vacation days for keeping it off. 2014  Team Challenge – 62 employees participated – 524lbs lost. $3110 given to employees 2014/2015  Employee/Spouse Challenge – 28 couples participated,- 422lbs lost. $2385 given to employees
