EXISTING SYSTEM EXISTING SYSTEM Requirement Specification  Our existing system working fully manually.  In existing system all process take much timing because the following query may be generate in existing system :  Services can not provide properly.  Day by day paper entry save and maintain.  User can not get fast access member detailed from apartment.  Complain response not generate specific time.  Message sent by get in touch process.  Above all query generate our existing system so we need for new system.

NEED FOR NEW SYSTEM NEED FOR NEW SYSTEM Requirement Specification  We are providing online apartment management system.  Our new system working following points :  Fast service providing response.  Reduce the paper work because all entry stored in server.  User can get the very quick details of the member.  Autometic generate response for complain by system so no need to wait.  Autometically sending the message to member account.  Our system provide seprate user account for any apartment member.

 There are basically three user is connected this system.  Admin  Member  Serviceman Functional specification

 Manage service category  View member service apply detail.  View member requiered contract duration.  Allocate service contract for serviceman.  View conform serviceman contract.  Create compose message for serviceman and member.  View member detail and serviceman detail.

 New registration for member and login.  Member can view service categeory.  Apply for specific service.  Generate contract duration for take service.  Member can pay the payment for services.  View conform access service.  Create the compose to the admin.  View available serviceman list.  Canceled account.
