Welcome to the Beechwood Appointment Assistant

How best to use the form 1) Save our website address in your favourites folder for easy access in future: 2) After entering your username and password save those too, if you are the only user of your computer

3) Once you have recorded a new client’s details in your database, open our site while they are still on the phone 4) Having explained our role in the process ask your client: i) The ideal time slot to catch to catch them on the phone

ii) Whether they would prefer an appointment am/pm/evening iii) Any particularly good or bad days for the agent to visit ( Mon – Fri preferred)

5) Having confirmed the client’s availability, you can conclude your call and then complete the rest of the form by clicking the drop down boxes and pasting in the relevant info from your database. 6) Click Submit then select the specific address from the drop down box and finally click continue. This will send an to us containing all the information that you have entered. We still of course require you to provide papers as normal.

Why the Assistant will help you: 1)Submitting the completed form gives us the opportunity to speak with your client within minutes of you finishing your initial call with them. We don’t have to wait for you to raise your paperwork first. 2)In a simple format we are advised of: i) The type of accident ii) What you would like us to carry out on your behalf iii) If a litigation friend is involved 3)The client’s address is confirmed as accurate, courtesy of the Royal Mail database, in time for you to amend your database if necessary before the first letter leaves your office. 4)Knowing when clients are available will speed up the process of making the appointment with them. 5)Discussing the optimal time for the appointment helps to focus your client on the reality of what will happen next. This should assist in flushing out the less committed clients, perhaps giving you the opportunity to overcome a reservation that they may have had, but not mentioned do far.
