4 Partner agency role … Follow these easy steps… 1.Ensure your agency is a Registered Partner 2.Perform a Client Needs Assessment 3.Provide your client with a link to the site and ask them to “shop” and email you their wishlist.

5 Client creates a wishlist … Send the link to your client and ask them to shop & create a wishlist

6 Client emails wishlist to you… Your client must click here to send you their created wishlist (remember to give them your email address)

7 Caseworker gets an email…

8 Partner agency role … Caseworker receives the client’s emailed wishlist… 4.Ensure you are a registered user of the shopping site. You’ll need a user id and password. Click the “caseworker registration” link. 5.Login (click the “My Accounts” link) and add your client’s chosen items to a cart and fulfill the check out process. 6.Await confirmation of your order and then communicate and coordinate the delivery information with your client.

9 Case worker registration … If your agency does not appear in the list, please contact us so we may add it. Register Each case worker must register and create an account. You only need to do this step once.

13 Provide delivery details… Please provide the client’s contact and delivery information.

14 Confirmation and email… You will receive an order confirmation email.

15 Our Warehouse We’ll follow up with you to confirm delivery to the client.

16 Important Considerations Don’t Forget … Needs Assessment Please ensure that the items your client has selected in their wishlist are in line with their needs we have limited inventory available we wish to service as many families as possible we have a responsibility to donors to ensure their items are placed with those in most need will it fit? Please make sure the order is in line with the size of the client’s space and access to their apartment we have experienced some isolated suspicious scenarios – please ensure this is not an opportunity for clients to re-sell items on kijiji

17 Important Considerations Don’t Forget … Accurate Client Information We collect information during checkout that is crucial for delivery and reporting purposes. contact info for the client notes area for special instructions is there a future moving date? number of dependents and family members

18 Important Considerations Don’t Forget … Curb-Side Drop Off Only Clients need to have “helping hands” available on delivery day. Why? limited liability / we do not enter their home time and costs of movers and truck rental adherence to our delivery schedule / on time
