Perry © Pacific Gas and Electric Company All rights reserved Instructor Led Training Primary Stats - 9 Months 8,820 total ILT sessions held 3,903 state or federal required 71,012 total completions 62 sessions 894 total completions $11, Virtual Learning Cost Savings – Rooms Annual saving of $300,000 to $500,000 in reduced non-billable time are expected.* * One course to 1/2 the profiled population (6036/2 = 3018) and 2/3 of that population (.66x3018 = 1992) saves 1 hour of travel time driving to a training location. Saves $298,782 in non-billable time (1992hr x $150/hr = $298,782 ).

Improved training quality and consistency as courses will be led by most qualified instructors. Improved tracking of employees’ participation in tailboard training through real-time registration via virtual learning (LMS integration). 16 Final Result: increase the productivity of employees by reducing the time spent traveling to centralized classroom training
