Target audience High potential vice presidents on the M4, M5, and P6 tracks Length of program Three 3-day workshops and graduation over 9 months Overview In partnership with Ohio State University, this program demonstrates the importance of fostering an environment of creativity and innovation, while enhancing leadership capability, and building strategic thinking across the enterprise. Target audience High potential directors on the M3 and P5 track Length of program Three 3-day workshops over 9 months Overview In partnership with the Impact International, this program will equip participants with the skills needed to achieve lasting results in their current and future leadership roles. Target audience High potential managers on the P4 and M2 track Length of program Three 3-day skill building workshops over 9 months. Overview This program prepares participants for an accelerated path to leadership through a robust training curriculum and challenging rotation assignments. There are currently rotations offered within Finance, EIT, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, and Engineering. Target audience High caliber college graduates and high performing entry level employees at the P1 and P2 level Length of program 3 years
