What is IMS? Interactive Marketing Solution (IMS). Sends ads, offers or product info to users by leveraging the built-in Bluetooth capability within their mobile phone. 4ATTRACT. TRANSACT. MEASURE

What is IMS? Attract! Draw consumers into a retail space from up to 300’ (100m) away by sending them an unsolicited message to their phone using iSIGN's all- weather, long range transceiver. A prompt (customizable in any language) lets users opt-in (select yes/no or accept/reject) the message. How Does IMS Work? Uses Bluetooth technology that is available in virtually all phones including lower cost “feature phones”. Runs in AOpen or any Windows XP or Windows 7 Pro platform with added Bluetooth transceiver (sometimes referred to as a “dongle”). Discovers phones, sends a request for offer transfer. If user accepts, transfers the offer (video, audio, image or HTML page). On many phones – the offer is automatically shown to the user. 11ATTRACT. TRANSACT. MEASURE

How Does IMS Work? Records discoveries and transfer attempts. IMS devices periodically send these records to the IMS Back Office where reports on them can be viewed. Devices are configured through the IMS Back Office (server). Device statistics are reported from the IMS Back Office (server). 12ATTRACT. TRANSACT. MEASURE

The Value Proposition - 1 of 3 Inexpensive. Installations can interact with a limitless number of phones. Using an example of 5000 phones a week and a customer cost of $150/month, per message costs are < $0.01. Effective. Messages are sent to users that are already very close to the retailer. Polite. Phone users have the option to opt out of receiving any offer. The IMS software supports a configurable delay between offer request/accept prompts. Viral. The Value Proposition - 2 of 3 Stimulating. Offers or ads can be rich video content with audio. Flexible. Can be coupled with Kiosks for transmission of user selected offers to a specific phone. Can be coupled with digital signage to support extending the offer or ad to “the third screen”. Supports virtually any language. Prompts can be in any language as can offer content. Measureable. Platform Communications 18ATTRACT. TRANSACT. MEASURE Devices are connected through to the Internet from a private network within a customer site. Any private network connection that supports web browsing can be used. Multiple IMS devices are supported within a customer site and multiple sites are supported.

Customer Setup iSIGN will setup customers within the IMS Back Office and provide login details to customers. Device Bluetooth addresses must be entered within the IMS Back Office by iSIGN for subsequent customer configuration and report viewing. Device configuration typically takes customers about 10 min. iSIGN can monitor and control devices within the IMS Back Office. 19ATTRACT. TRANSACT. MEASURE

Ongoing Platform Use – 1 of 3 IMS Customers will review offer and campaign performance. Periodically – offers will be exchanged (i.e. when they become stale or when a promotion ends). IMS Customers will monitor device status and control devices as required (see below). 20ATTRACT. TRANSACT. MEASURE
