She was born in Pennsylvania with its Independence Hall, Valley Forge, and Gettysburg. Her books are popular in many parts of the world, and people love them. After three years of student publication she found, on graduation, that there was only one calling she wanted to follow, newspaper work. Lena

This is how world war 2 started … World war 2 started when the Nazis invaded Poland, and Japan invaded parts of China. These aggressions where met with a official declare of war! Colin

In 1920 Adolf Hitler became head of the Nazis. Along with war hero General Ludendorff. Hitler died when he found out that the Nazis had lost and committed suicide. One thing that was cruel about Hitler was his hate for Jews. The Nazis took the Jews and told them they where going to get a shower but the shower was a death trap. When they turned the shower on acid came out and killed the Jews. Colin

Nazis were a very powerful group of soldiers. When British and French landed in Norway, they didn’t have very good weapons and gear, and they were not very well organized. Almost 1 out of 4 were killed, wounded, or taken as a prisoner. Logan
