Mrs. Nelson’s Revenge! By Jaslene Bhatia

Mrs. Nelson was the teacher of a 3 rd grade class. She was very nice. One morning she entered her classroom, where she found all her students laughing and fighting!

She tried and tried but they wouldn’t be quiet. This has been a habit the 3 rd grade class has formed.

She couldn’t handle her class. At the end of the day, Mrs. Nelson threw her books on her desk and screamed, “That’s it, I quit!” “That’s it, I quit!”

The next day the principle came into the 3 rd grade classroom and said, “Because of your bad behavior yesterday, Mrs. Nelson has quit her job! Your new teacher is Ms. Kunckel.”

When Ms. Kunckel entered the room, the students were shocked and screamed with horror. Ms. Kunckel was wearing a military uniform, and carrying a golf club!

When the school principle left the room, Ms. Kunckel said, “There will be no talking, no laughing, no smiling, and no sign of happiness! You will do as you are told or you will have to receive one of these punishments!” 2 weeks in the jail cell A spank on the butt! Eat worms with ants 900 push-ups Wash my car Clean my house A note to your parents DETENTION!!

She placed a poster with a list of cruel punishments. When one child started whispering to his friend, Ms. Kunckel screamed and made him do 900 push-ups. 801, 802, 803…

After one hard miserable week, the children were exhausted with this new life. They went to the principle to beg for Mrs. Nelson’s job back, but she could not do anything because Mrs. Nelson did not want to come back.

Finally, they sent a long heartfelt letter to Mrs. Nelson saying how sorry they were. They also sent a picture of their new teacher, the mean, Ms. Kunckel! Dear Mrs. Nelson, We need you back! Please help us from the evil Ms. Kunckel! She’s horrible. She makes us wash her car and gives us physical punishment! If you agree to come back we will never ever talk in our your class ever again! We love you Ms. Nelson! Maybe we could convince the school principal to give you a raise in your salary! We are willing to do anything for you to come back! We have also sent a picture of the mean, cruel, horrible Ms. Kunckel! In that pocket she is carrying a list of punishments she gives us! They are terrible! We miss you so much! Ha Ha Ha I’m writing so small! Please send back as soon as possible! We have scars all over us because of her whip! Sincerely, The 3 rd Grade Class

The next day Ms. Kunckel came to class saying she accepts their apology. The class was confused. She took off her wig, and the military clothes. It was Mrs. Nelson!

After she explained to the class that she pretended to be the mean and strict Ms. Kunckel so she can teach them a lesson, the class was very sorry and from then on they never talked in class again!
