"In keeping people straight, principle is not as powerful as a policeman." ~Abel Hermant, Le Bourgeois, 1906 The thing that got me interested in being a cop was because my cousins, and my grandpas are all in the military and I wanted to be like them and protect the safety of people. I will be researching how police officers work to protect us and the things they have to do to be able to do all that.

Responsibilities! maintain regular patrols and respond to calls for service Protect lives and property Writing reports Respond to calls

CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATOR All things you have to do during an investigation: Preparation Basic Stages in a Search Approach Scene Secure and Protect Scene Initiate Preliminary Survey Evaluate Physical Evidence Possibilities Prepare Narrative Description Photograph Scene Prepare diagram/sketch of scene Conduct Detailed Search/Record, and Collect Physical Evidence Conduct Final Survey Release Crime Scene _________ Work conditions are usually messy and very unpleasant for many Chose because I also like this occupation Earnings are usually around $48000

Over the past few days I realized I still would very much like to become a police officer or at least work in law enforcement. It has always been my dream and nothing will change that. I look forward to bringing justice to people when I take criminals in for their wrong doings. I don’t look forward to the intense measures I might have to take to take the criminal in.
