Literature Direct The New Literature Fulfillment System “In by noon, out by noon.” Visit the web address above and save the program to your desktop.
When the EXE program is saved to your desktop the icon will appear on your screen as shown below. Double click on the icon to launch the Literature Direct program.
Instructions for use of Literature Direct will always be available at the bottom of the screen. The home page of Literature Direct looks like the screen below.
Always begin by clicking on the “UPDATE” button. This updates your computer with all of the latest information. The first time you use the system you will need to enter your last name here, in all lower-case letters. Please be patient while it connects.
To begin placing literature orders click on “Place New Order.”
The Order Form screen will initially look blank like this.
Fill in all of the literature recipient’s address information, being sure to include a name in the “Attention:” space. Enter your own name in the space for “Your Name” and the recipients name in the “Attention” space. Attention?
After the literature recipient’s address information is filled in you can then select which literature to send. First, select a Brand.
When a Brand like “NDS” is selected then choices appear in the “Select a Category” box.
When you select a Category like “NDS Literature” then items will appear in the Description / Preview box and you can enter the quantities you would like to order. Enter Quantities
Click on “Your Cart” to view all of the literature that will be sent. Example of contents in “Your Cart.”
When satisfied that all of the correct pieces of literature have been ordered then click the Submit button to complete the order.
Final step: Even though you have submitted the order you still need to click on the “Send Order” button to send the order to the Literature Fulfillment Clerk. Then you can close the program. Send Order Last screen.
