Nomination Round  Each college can send 2 teams. Only 2 students per team.  Submit an abstract in approx words in MS Word format (Verdana Font 10, double spacing, 1” margin on all sides)  Participant details and abstract to be sent across to the College Placement Officer as per the Last Date specified  Top 10 entries will qualify for the final round  All qualifying teams will be informed through Final Round  Shortlisted teams to submit a MS PowerPoint PPT as per the specified Last Date  Each team will be given a maximum of 15 minutes for the ppt.  Prototypes, Proof of Concepts or other aids are not mandatory but may be used for supporting a concept. iTech Speak: Rules & Regulations

Confidential Mission Intermission: Rules & Regulations  A maximum of 3 teams from a college can participate.  Each team to comprise a maximum of 10 members.  Actors and film technicians need to be team members only  Language of the movie: English.  Length of the film should be between 3 and 6 mins only.  The movie should be on any of the following themes: »Creating awareness for any social / societal issues. »“My Campus & Me: a fun-u-mentary” (a Fun Documentary).  Following content is mandatory: »Movie Title »Credits with each team member’s role in film-making »Details of the equipment and software applications used »Along with the short film, a photograph of each of the team members with names to be submitted

Confidential Mission Intermission  The entire team to be present on the day of the event  Each team will have 10 min to promote their movie to the panel of judges and present their case.  The final evaluation to be based on creativity of both the film and the promotions  Participant details to be sent across to the College Placement Officer as per the Last Date specified  Final movie to be presented in mpeg format as per the Last Date Specified

Panorama  ONLY 1 team per college with no restriction on team size  Each college will be provided a stall to showcase their creativity  Stall design needs to be on one of the following themes: 1.Social networking on web – good, bad or ugly? 2.Open source revolution 3.Gene sequencing 4.Corporate governance – doing business the RIGHT WAY 5.Being a global citizen.  Rules and Regulations: »You will be provided a 3m X 3m stall »At least one team member to be present in the stall through the event to explain the concept to visitors. Presentation to visitors will be an important evaluation criteria. »While the stall will be provided by Cognizant, all other materials will have to be procured by the institute  Participant details to be sent across to the College Placement Officer as per the Last Date specified.
