3. The contest will comprise of three rounds of testing. The contestants can use tools (Selenium and OpenSTA) to come up with solutions for the case studies given to them Round 1: Online quiz for all the participants from various colleges Round 2: Two tests in this round (Objective & Subjective type) Round 3: Grand Finale will be conducted in a TCS Location. Top 10 teams from the previous round contest will compete for the Top 4 winner position. Contest Structure

4.  The Team can comprise of a maximum of 2 members.  All team members should have valid CT Reference Number  The team should choose the team name and the team leader. The team leaders will have to nominate their team member and register their teams online.  The team leaders will be our contact for any communication with respect to the contest. The infrastructure/software required for testing shall be borne by the team or the institution they represent. TCS will not be liable for any damage to the institute’s infrastructure which may be caused by participants from the institute during the contest. 5. 5 Team Formation & Confirmation Process Team Leader should initiate this process by clicking the Tab Team Leader Screen

6. Participant to choose his role – Team Leader (TL) or Team Member 6 Team Leader Screen

7. If the role of TL is chosen, he has to click “agree” after reading the instruction ! 7 Team Leader Screen

8. Team name has to be entered & click Submit. Remembering TEAM NAME is must 8 Team Leader Screen

9. TL (Participant) to reconfirm the details 9 Team Leader Screen

10. The TL can chose his Team member by clicking (Follow arrow given below) the starting alphabet of Team member’s name. All the participants name from your college will be sequenced alphabetically from A to Z in this page. Eg: If Team member name is Arun, he needs to click A (Follow arrow given below) In case if a participant is already confirmed as a team member by some other TL, the participant will not be listed. Once a team member confirms to be part of some team, his name will not appear in this page for other TL’s to chose. 10 Team Leader Screen

11. Once the TL identifies his team member from the list of all participants, do a drag & drop of the selected team member profile as indicated below. 11 Team Leader Screen

13. TL has to confirm team member again 13 Team Leader Screen

14. Once the Team member is confirmed an invite would be sent to the chosen team member Till the team member accepts the invite, status will be remain PENDING as indicated below 14 Team Leader Screen

15. Login into Team member’s – Campus commune inbox. The invite received from the TL will be there. 15 Team Member Screen

16. Once the invite, the system will ask the team member to “Accept” or “Reject” the invite 16 Team Member Screen

17. Reconfirmation for accepting invite 17 Team Member Screen

18. Team Leaders Screen – Status changes from pending to “View your team members” 18 Team Leader Screen
