2 Team member roles: key skills ALL team members – thorough understanding of current practice and key challenges in the project domain Coordinator – leadership, communication and project management skills Website correspondent – skilled in digital literacy; good eye for web design Second language documentalist – at least C1 level in written production Communications person – skilled in social media and use of online networks Teams: 4 experts from DIFFERENT ECML member states

3 Submission and selection process 1) Completion of ONE online form only - all projects – by 1st May 2015 2) Selection - three phases Expert advisory group Bureau of the ECML Governing Board Final selection by full Governing Board based on short list 3) All assessments based on published selection criteria (online only) http://call.ecml.at/Call201619/Selectioncriteria/tabid/3803/language/en-GB/Default.aspx 4) Main criteria categories Relevance (national priorities/ECML mission) Alignment with rationale Quality Communication and sustainability

4 Support from the ECML team members fees travel and subsistence costs possibility of a 3-month fellowship technical preparation/layout of online publications consultancy at all levels of the project logistical and financial management of meetings technical support for website live streaming and webinars a designated external ECML programme consultant
