Wisconsin State 4-H Youth Leader Council (YLC) “To represent Wisconsin 4-H at the state level, provide leadership, and work in the interest of Wisconsin youth.”

What is YLC? YLC is the WI State Youth Leader Council YLC is the WI State Youth Leader Council It’s comprised of representatives from the 6 different districts and an officer team. It’s comprised of representatives from the 6 different districts and an officer team.

What Should I expect after I apply? Officers and Advisors of Wisconsin State 4-H Youth Leader Council select a slate of candidates by district. Once you’re selected, you are invited to attend Fall forum, where you will speak in front of your district and answer questions. Attending this caucus will be voting delegates Results will be announced at the Fall Forum. Newly elected Wisconsin State 4-H Youth Council members will take office at the Spring Retreat, but are strongly encouraged to stay for the meeting following elections at Fall Forum.
