Navigator (Volumes & Genealogy)

@-a-Glance

The ScoreCard allows you to quickly see how well you are doing. Do you need to sponsor more? Are you sponsoring enough? The “ScoreCard” tab shows your personally sponsored. To view more months, click on 3, 6 or 13 months. To export to Excel or to print, click on the appropriate icons. To graph any data, click on the graph icon. Click on the “Set Goals” checkbox to enter your monthly goals. Monitor your progress as the month goes by. ScoreCard

The Circle Group ScoreCard can help you quickly identify how your group is doing. View this by country or by level for up to 13 months. Don’t forget to graph each metric. By clicking the “By Country” checkbox, you will instantly be able to see each metric broken down by country. You can also click “By Generations” to see the breakdown by generations. The Total Organization ScoreCard can help you quickly determine how your entire organization is doing. View this by country or by generation for up to 13 months.

Personal History includes a view of 13 months of historical data for PSV, GSV, Active Lines and Commissions. Click on “Display Trend Line” or “Zero Scale” to make it easier to read the graph. Zoom in on part of the graph by dragging your mouse across the screen. Get back to the original view by clicking the right mouse button.

View your current months volumes in one location View your current pin, last months paid as pin title and your highest pin title. View your commission amount in many different ways – the monthly average, annual commission and yearly commission.

 Top Selling Products (Circle Group and Total Organization) View the top selling products in both your Circle Group and Total Organization by PSV or Quantity To view the top selling products from previous months, simply change the month in the drop-down menu.

View demographics by Country and Level to better help you understand your business. You can view each demographic by Circle Group or by Total Organization. Demographics

The Organizational Volume Summary page is very important, giving you everything you need to know the approximate amount of your commissions. Averages can help you set goals for your organization. Increase the average number of new distributors and you will see a huge impact in your organization. Also click on “minimum/maximum” to see these values.

Sponsoring Thermometers Quickly identify how well you and your downline are sponsoring, both in your Circle Group and Total Organization

Change Order: Would you like the windows to be organized in a different way? Click on the “Change Order” link, rearrange the windows and select “Save.”

 Circle Group Summary for each Breakaway Executive: To view the Circle Group summary for each Executive in your downline – simply click on the “S” link on the Executive Breakaway page.

 Helpful Hints:

Circle Group: View New Distributors Qualifying Executives ADR/ADP/ARO information View Downline information - address, phone etc

Circle Group: Display options vary according to title, current month, all levels, option to view only those with volume.

To go to future/next or historical month, you will need to select the appropriate month in the Commission Period drop-down. The default when logging into Navigator will be the current commission period until the 5 th of each month. Volumes for Current Period:

Refresh Volumes: You now have the option to refresh your volumes. Simply click on the “Refresh Volumes” link. Any volume changes that have occurred since you logged in will appear after you refresh.

Inactive Distributors: If you have any inactive distributors in your genealogy, they will be highlighted after 11 months of inactivity. After the 13 th month they will be removed.

Inactive Distributors Report: To view which inactive distributors have been removed from your genealogy, click on the “Inactive Distributors” report. On the report select a month in the drop-down menu to see who was removed that month.

On Advanced Query mode you can “isolate” one downline organization by clicking on the lock icon By clicking on the lock next to the distributor’s name – the organization is isolated. To go back, click on “Reset Locks”

On Advanced Query mode you can now look at a specific level. “I want to look at everyone on my 3rd level.” The row highlighter helps you identify which account you are viewing.

Upline Tree information - click ‘T’ button next to your name Displays: Sponsor, first & second upline phone and information

Realtime Volumes summary - click on ‘R’

Historical Information & Graphs: Click on the ‘H’ button

Executive Breakaway: View new Executives Those who are on ADR/ADP/ARO Executives under the minimum requirements Print Genealogy Summary

View volume totals at the bottom of Executive Breakaway screen:

Maintenance Volumes: On historical months, if you have MGSV (Maintenance GSV) or Rollup GSV, your volumes will be highlighted in orange. Click on the volume to see the breakdown.

Proxy View: Proxy allows you to view your breakaway’s Circle Group. Click on the “P” to access the information.

Easily view all levels or collapse the levels by clicking on the “Collapse All” or “Expand All” links. Click on the “Return to Main Menu” link to get back to your Executive Breakaway page. (Note: On the Proxy page you can’t view the contact information of your breakaway’s Circle Group.)

The breakaway has the ability to block the upline or all uplines from seeing his Circle Group. (Click on the “Preferences” link to access this page.) Proxy Preferences:

Downline Search: Search for your downline by clicking on the magnifying glass and entering a full name or partial name.

Label Printing: Print labels for your downline by clicking on the labels icon.

Export to Excel: Export your genealogy to Excel by clicking on the Excel icon.

Customer / Orders: View your’s and your customer’s orders Those who ordered last month but not this month Printer friendly reports: retail customer name, phone, , PSV & more.

Commission Statements & Genealogy View & print your Commission Statements for the last 15 months Executive Breakaway Summary Circle Group Summary

Weekly commissions (only for US and MX) To view weekly commissions from May simply click on the “+” sign.

Balance forward – Commission Statements This indicates that you have a commission amount that can not be paid at this time due to a number of reasons. Click on the Commission Statement link to view the exact amount.

Balance owed – Commission Statements This indicates that you have a negative commission amount due to returns or other issues. Click on the Commission Statement link to view the exact amount.

Recognition: The Recognition tab gives you access to needed information on each of your downline. You can easily print, export to Excel, and send a message to each group of distributors being recognized. View your sponsor’s and/or upline Executive’s picture, story and quote.

Individual Recognition: Click on the "star" link to see the individual recognition and milestone tracker for a specific downline.

Milestone Tracker: Milestone Tracker allows you to view some of your downline’s firsts: First Check, First passed LOI, First Executive in Downline, etc. You can easily print, export to Excel, and send a message to each group of distributors who have reached a milestone.

Leadership Points: View your Leadership Points by clicking on “Leadership Points” in the sub-navigation of the Recognition page. If you want to view who makes up the points, simply click on the points. Another window will pop-up displaying your front level breakaways and the points they are worth.
