Select Display only this Calendar to display only your calendar. Select Calendar settings to customize your calendar (Display Name, Location and time zone settings). Select Create event on this calendar to add a calendar event. Select Share this calendar to share your calendar with others. Select Notifications to choose how you would like to be notified about events and meeting invitations. Other Calendars Type a name in the Other calendars text box to add another user’s calendar to the display and select a name from the list. The selected user’s calendar displays in the Other calendars display. Expand calendar display settings for this calendar by clicking to select options such as Display only this Calendar, Hide this calendar from the list, Calendar settings and Notifications. You can also click Add and select Add a public calendar to select from a list of available public calendars.
