Giving your landlords access to all they need to know on a secure website!

 Landlord Access is a secure website that allows your Landlords access to their HAP information 24 hours a day!  Landlords may also be granted access to their Section 8 Inspections information in detail.  1099’s are accessible if person who registers is also the owner of the property.

 Posting any announcements to the landlords regarding an upcoming event or meeting.  Uploading documentation for the landlords to access once they have logged into the website.  The Housing Authority will designate at least one person as the LL Access Administrator to assist their landlords should they need assistance.

 What do I need to know about it?

 All information that is pulled into the Employee Access Website comes from the information in the Payroll program.
