Commercial use had become restricted by a change in the city zoning laws. The next two pages show new use concepts. I used basic planning software to create these three layouts. Exhibit Objective: Display ideas graphically using the appropriate software application.

This modification would bring the use of the facility into compliance with current zoning laws. The diagrams are conceptual, to be later finalized with formal architectural drawings.
