1. Use a good chair, and sit back 2. Monitor above eye level 3. No glare on screen. (Anti-Glare screen is preferred) 4. Sit at arms length from computer 5. Feet on floor or Stable foot rest 10 tips for good workstations

In conclusion, out of a rating of 10 we believe that the overall rating of our computer workstation should be rated six out of ten. What was good… - No screen glare - Take frequent breaks What was bad… - Feet not planted - Bad posture - Arms not rested RATING
