Middle Colonies Regions The Middle Colonies were made up of New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

The Southern Colonies were made up of South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia.

What made each socioeconomic region unique New England was unique because of their fishing. The Middle Colonies were unique because of their farming and shipping. The Southern Colonies were unique because of their farming.
