3 The 3 Regions and what made them unique
New England colonies were Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. New England was unique because it was dominated by the puritans. The middle colonies are New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The Middle Colonies were unique because they were called the Breadbasket colonies. The Southern colonies were Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, and North And South Carolina. They were unique because the economy was based on farming.

4 Jobs During Colonial Times
One of the jobs was a Silver Smith. They were sculptures of silver. The first pour, to the final polish. A tailor was a cutter and creator of suits for every sport. Another job is a Wigmaker. Ladies and men wore wigs that were perfect for them made by the wigmakers.

5 Tools used in colonial times
People in colonial times used hammers. Many people use them still. They also used saws like we use today for building and cutting trees down. One more tool were planes.

6 Literature and Music Some instruments were the drums and fifes. Most people still play these. Some songs are joy to the world, amazing grace, and one more is Arlington. Some of the most popular songs or pieces of music that were listened to, are not even played at all because they are old songs.

7 Crafts and Games Some fun games they played were cards, and board games. They also played with puzzles! We play these games even today like the colonial kids did!

8 Houses and shelter/ furnishing in colonial times
The houses were usually made of wood. They also looked a lot smaller than our houses do today. Some of the furnishing in houses from colonial times were modern, like ours, and some were old fashioned houses.

9 Pieces of clothing worn in colonial times
The men wore a coat, waist coat, and also breeches in colonial times. In colonial times, the girls wore wigs, lace aprons, and fancy hats in colonial times.

10 Education in colonial times
For education, they learn how to sew, mend clothes, and many more things! We usually just learn math, science, ELA, and social studies. If you wanted an education, you had to be able to afford it, and families who had no money, could not get an education.

11 Food they ate in colonial times
Some foods people ate during the colonial times were pumpkin gnocchi, bourbon balls, and peanut soup. We usually don’t eat these things today.
