Colonial men wore a shirt, stockings, a silk cravat(no clue what that is), wig, hat, waist coat, breeches and shoes (they did not dress in that order) The women of that time wore a shift hooped peticoat, stays, lace neckerchief, gown, lace apron, silk peticoat, stomacher, shoes and a hat(the women did not dress in that order) To be Honest I don’t know what order they dressed but it was the same order every day and always the same thing every day.

Thomas Jefferson was third president of the United States Ben Franklin. He invented the post office, Fire station and much more.
