Accessing Resources Remotely Citrix – access to applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, IN Banner VPN – access to resources such as your M: drive, departmental share drive Outlook Web Access – access to Webfiles – access to your M: drive files From web browser: File/Open, type and check off “Open as web folder” Voic Dial , press #, enter your extension
