Access Voic from Skype for Business In the Skype for Business window, you can see a number against the phone icon that you have new voic s Click on the Phone icon Voic s are shown at the foot of this tab. There are two ways of listening to your messages: In the bottom right-hand corner, click (See Voice Mail Options), then select Call Voice Mail. Follow the audio prompts. At the bottom of the window, right-click a message and choose Play You have options to pause, resume and play at a different speed. To delete a voice mail message, right-click it and choose Delete Item. Unread voic s are shown as here in blue bold, and turn to un-bolded black when the message is listened to. The Call Voice Mail gets to the same place as calling the voic from another number or over a mobile phone. However, selecting voic s individually gives you more control -if someone leaves you a telephone number, you can rewind a few seconds to listen to it again, or you can ring back the person calling directly from here if they have called in from a valid number (ie not number withheld, or a main switchboard number). You can hover over the contact, then press the play button – if you want the rewind / speed options, move your cursor off the message itself.

Access Voic from Outlook Voic s are also delivered directly to your account as a message attachment. You can access either directly from Outlook, or you can go to all your voic s in Outlook from the phone tab by selecting “View more in Outlook”. Selecting each message, you have various options for playing, handling and responding to the mail:

Access Voic from another telephone This is from another telephone – mobile, or home for example. Dial the telephone number that has been assigned to dial in remotely to voic When dialled the system will ask you to enter your PIN followed by # Listen to the prompts carefully as you access s as well as voic if you wish too. For first time access, the system will guide you to set up your mailbox if these have not been done.

Manage Settings (PIN, Greetings, inc. Extended Absence) In the Skype for Business window, click on the Phone icon In the bottom right-hand corner, click (See Voice Mail Options). Choose Change Greetings. You have two separate voic greetings for different situations: your standard greeting and your extended absence greeting. Standard greeting will play to callers when you are busy or cannot answer the call. Extended absence greeting will play to callers when you are out of the office for a longer period of time for example, if you are on holiday.

In the Outlook 365 sign-in page that appears, type your user name and password. Click Sign in. Click on Reset my voice mail PIN…. You will then receive an in Outlook
