Event Brief: The Social Conclave (TSC) is an annual congregation of social media enthusiasts held on June 30th, the World Social Media Day, hosted by Konvophilia with a motive to invite eminent and highly regarded personalities to partake in a discussion about everything social, and the impact it has on the world. It took place in Vadodara (Gujarat) last June. Official Video: With renowned speakers sharing their thoughts, passionate social gurus over panel discussions and a sumptuous dinner that allows you to mingle and pick the brains of some of most successful minds in the industry, The Social Conclave promised to be an extravaganza like never before.

Event Objectives: Bring together social media enthusiasts and experts at one place and provide them a unique environment to mingle and network. Make the event an enjoyable experience for the audience Give the best out of the event to Sponsors Market the event across all mediums, both virtual and traditional, making it a buzz word. The most important thing is – Celebrating Being Social !

Execution: A Large scale social media campaign was undertaken with a separate website for the event – Registrations and other organizing details were carried out by the Konvophilia team. The social conclave was prompted on Press, TV and Radio. The speakers for the event were contacted and all arrangements for them were taken care of. The schedule was diligently prepared. All logistical and technological arrangements were taken care of as well as sponsorship was seamlessly carried out. With help from the volunteers, the event was successfully completed as per schedule and dinner was served to our guests and audience, allowing them to mingle and network as was the original objective. The whole event was live webcasted on our website by our official webcast partner, Vmukti Solutions pvt. ltd.

Results: It was one of the state’s biggest events of this kind and acted as a springboard for other ventures. The event allowed everybody to –  Have networking opportunities with extremely popular industry experts.  Act as a unique platform to connect converse and collaborate with talented like- minded people.  Get informed with industry trends, experiences and tools to grow business socially There was lot of goodwill and appreciation from the industry to Konvophilia for conducting an event of this scale.
