CONFIDENTIAL - PTC PROPRIETARY Realized Value Platform Definition The Realized Value Platform is the common modular architecture upon which we build both our delivery methodology and our services portfolio. The Realized Value Platform, as its name indicates, is based on a platform strategy that many of our customers use for their own products. It is made up of a collection of services assets (IP, content, tools, infrastructure etc.), organized by a common architecture that enables Global Services to deliver the highest realized value (greatest business impact at highest efficiency) to our customers. The Realized Value Platform is mapped to PTC's Value Roadmap and is PTC's point of view of all of the critical activities that must occur for a client to realize value in their PLM investment. It is PTC’s methodology to deploy all customer facing projects RVP describes the scope of the work to be performed by the Service Professional Note: Leverage RVP Terminology definitions.RVP Terminology © 2008 PTC4
