About the EAA 76 members (churches and church-related organizations) Aim: Harness collective energies of members in 2 advocacy campaigns Current campaigns: HIV and Food Board, 2 Strategy Groups, Assembly Small core staff based in Geneva

‘Live the Promise’ - HIV Campaign HIV campaign since set-up of EAA (2000) Four campaign goals ( ): 1. Addressing the root causes of vulnerability to HIV 2. Achieving Universal Access 3. Eliminating stigma and discrimination 4. Ensuring accountability and sufficient resources Advocacy = Awareness raising, speaking out and policy engagement
