THE STUDY OF ANIMALS SHOW THAT TREMORING RESTORES HOMEOSTASIS We too have the same mechanism!

A CASE STUDY Lorna is 44 years of age. In 2011 her husband was killed in a motorbike accident. June 2013 she came to TRE suffering with worry, anxiety, depression, neck pain and symptoms of PTSD including flashbacks. After her second session she shared with the group she had reconciled with her husbands death, and was looking to forgive the woman who killed him. After her six sessions and home practice she wrote: ‘ I am so grateful to have found TRE. After my husband’s death I had counselling to help me deal with my grief. After 18 months I was still suffering and I felt my body was paying the price. I started Yoga classes and then found TRE. I cannot explain how in a very short space of time what relief it has bought me and how I am now moving forward with my life as a result.’

AT PRESENT WE HAVE: Hospitals for physical injuries Charities for victim support and people affected Talk therapies for mental health Alternative therapies for stress release NOW WE ALSO HAVE: Total Release Experience for healing the body of held tensions – No Talking and No Contact TRE is a technique to learn physical triggers that evoke tremors (like the zebra) to heal the physical and mental body from the effects of traumatic or stressful events.
