Post flood Scenario: Lack of work opportunity: no crop in the field; infrastructure broken down; no food in Haor areas; Need capital to restart the lost business;

Proposed Intervention Cash for Work Programme: Repair community facilities: Feeder roads, flood shelters, raise grounds of growth centres, re-excavate ponds; Each family x 45 to 60 days work: Small interest free or soft loans for income earning opportunity (e.g. small businesses)
