Presentation transcript:

9:20h AM Street was empty and our kids were expecting their grandparents.

In our three entrances doors there were wallcharts, saying Welcome to our Grandparents!

We want to thank Mothers and staff, who helped us with preparatives. They worked a lot!!!!!!

Breakfast was ready!

All was ready, and our students went to the entrance door to welcome their grandparents and show them the school. Then, the students went with grandparents to our staff room, where we offered a breakfast all together.

Grandparents and grandchildren having breakfast at school.

And also meeting other grandparents and talking to each other. It was a wonderful meeting point.

Then, the second part of the day started: Grandparents went to their grandchildren classes and they did a lot of activities there: talking about when they went to school, their childhood, games they played, toys they made by theirselves, … It was an enjoyable time together And we all learned a lot from the others.

From the youngest to the oldest

Having fun in our playground

RTVCardedeu was also invited, and some of our grandparents and children were interviewed.

Some of 5th level grandparents

Some of our 6th level students and their grandparents

Thanks for giving us such opportunity! It’s the only part of our grandchildren we didn’t know till now We have never been and shared life inside the school with them!

It’s time to say goodbye. It was an enjoyable day!!! Grandma, I wish you were here with me the whole school year!!! Thanks for coming! I Love you!
