When the floor is open…  Motions can be proposed only when the floor is open.  Points can be used at any time of the debate Moderator: Delegates the floor is open, is there any point or motion on the floor? [Delegates who want to proposed a motion raise their placards] Moderator: Delegate of (Name of country), What point or motion do you raise?

Extraordinary session of questions? (brief preamble)  In an extraordinary session of questions…  The brief preamble is used during a “point of personal privilege” Moderator: Delegate of (Name of the country that makes the question) establish. Delegate: Point of personal privilege Moderator: Establish Delegate: to establish a brief preamble Moderator: make it brief delegate [Delegate makes the brief]

Extraordinary session of questions?(Follow up)  After a question and it´s answer…  The “follow up” is used after a question has been answer [Delegate 1 answer question] Delegate 2: May I follow up? Moderator: Establish delegate [Delegate 2 makes second question]
