GENERAL SPECIFICATION LEG,SPUDCAN AND JACKING SYSTEM 3.LEG,SPUDCAN AND JACKING SYSTEM The leg is a cylindrical type which outside diameter is 2800mm.The leg length including apud can is 91.44m(300ft).The bottom of spud can is 11.7m × 11.7m rectangle. Each leg is connected to the hull by means of jacking gear units. The unit contains hydraulic motor, jacking pinion. The jacking units can jack/lower the leg or main hull raising to satisfy the operation requirement. The jacking system consist of electric control and hydraulic drive, each leg equip with 14 sets jacking hydraulic motor, HPU, planetary gear box, jack pinion, brake, inclinometer etc.

GENERAL SPECIFICATION UNIT MAIN EQUIPMENT 4.5 Submersible pump The unit is equipped with two submersible pumps and pump towers. After the unit is elevated, the pump tower is lowered into the sea by the tower jacking units to supply the sea water to fire system, ballast system and cooling system. The tower jacking unit is consisting of two electric drive jacking units. There are two submersible pumps in the pump tower. The pump parameters are as below: Flow capacity: 250m³/h Water head: 0.67Mpa Power: 75kw
