PROTECTOR / TAGAPAGTANGGOL ROLE OF MEN: - Husbands and Fathers - “Providers” (family) Hence, a good husband and father is said to be one who provides for his family’s needs. Provider role is associated with masculinity

PROTECTOR / TAGAPAGTANGGOL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Selfless, responsible, having control of oneself.

PROTECTOR / TAGAPAGTANGGOL VIES OF WOMEN: -The woman is seen as physically inferior to men. -Women usually stays at home (spends time at home) -In charge of housekeeping -Women are responsibilities of men -Describe as: MAHINHIN, MODEST, RESERVED, MAHINA, MADAMDAMIN.

PROTECTOR / TAGAPAGTANGGOL SEX: -Sexual satisfaction is linked with male protection. -Woman’s welfare is basis of man’s actions -Men are protective of their wives when they abstain from having sex -CARE in other aspects of marriage is seen to be associated with sexual relationship

PROTECTOR / TAGAPAGTANGGOL LOVE: Protective nature of love - Women are helpless and weak that’s why men should love them

DOMINATOR ROLE OF MEN: - Haligi ng tahanan -Padre de Pamilya -Men are always in control of the situation -They could do heavy work -Stricter than women

DOMINATOR VIEWS OF WOMEN: Who comes first? - Men should control and take charge in a relationship -More capable in dealing with adversities -As a PROVIDER – gives him the right to control the family / final judgment

DOMINATOR SEX: -Men are in control in the decision, process and outcome of sexual act. -Women’s urges had to be controlled

DOMINATOR LOVE: -Women attends to the needs of men -Women must comfort men.

REACTOR SEX: -Men should be sexually satisfied to refrain seeing other women -Women should sometimes be the one to initiate sex

PARTNER -Mutual acknowledgment / acceptance -Test of manhood is ability to maintain PAGSUSUNURAN NG MAG ASAWA -Men and women have equal rights -Both should work as partners for better relationship -Men should make women happy

PARTNER SEX: -A man and woman should engage in sex when it is desirable for both of them. -Sex is done in a manner of give and take. -LOVE is an ingredient for mutually enjoyable sexual relations.
