Homeowners Responsibilities  Be a good neighbor  Keep home and surrounding area clean and free of debris/clutter  Pick up after your animals (use leash for walks)  Keep grass neatly trimmed (both sides of sidewalk)  Respect your neighbors and their property  Notify the BOD of any violations or nuisances you are unable to resolve  Check the website for news and updates  Police yourself and be familiar with the covenants and restrictions of Greenbrier (e.g. No storing of RVs and boats.)  Get approval BEFORE you build (fence, deck, addition, shed, and etc.) 19
