Permit Application Review Process How is PennDOT performing? Goals: –Expedite all permits so there are no delays in work –Permit issuance cycle time < 30 days (all permits) –No more than 2 application review cycles 10

APRAS Performance Volume of permits have increased drastically since Percentage auto-issued has dropped as a result of the increase in volume. 24
