Individual Training Plan drawn up and the units for delivery agreed 4. Each candidate receives regular visits from his dedicated advisor, usually every 4 weeks. These visits are focused on daily tasks introducing a Best Practise approach to your workforce. As such a level 2 can be completed within 6 to 9 months and a level 3 within 9 to 12 months.
