11 IOH Approach Individual building blocks(units) of training and learning Build to qualifications and awards - 16 units per qualification( 1 Core + 1 Option) or 6 units per specialist certificate Flexible delivery - each ‘bite size’ block (unit) is a 1 day course Progressive pathway of CPD from Level 2 - FdA Assessment is separate from delivery and online Up to 50% of a qualification can be obtained through other recognised units such as in company training
