Who Can Use CourtNet? Two “flavors” of CourtNet –KBA Members Only Pending cases in all 120 counties –Any criminal justice professional (attorney and non-attorney alike) Closed & Pending Cases in your DPA office’s counties This Presentation covers the law enforcement side only – KBA side is not mediated by DPA.

CourtNet Registration Law Enforcement Side Registration –A two-pronged process (1) Print out a user agreement – sign it, and deliver hardcopy to Will Coy-Geeslin (CourtNet administrator for the agency) (2) Then register online at – Let’s take a look at the first prong by looking at a shot of the two page “2008courtnetuseragreement.pdf” linked to above.

You Fill Out the four User lines to the right.

Send the hard copy original with your signature to –Will Coy-Geeslin, DPA 100 Fair Oaks Ln, Suite 302, Frankfort KY AOC requires me to sign the form to authenticate that you work here. (they will not process a fax)

Now let’s review the second prong of the CourtNet registration process. This requires you to fill out information online. The next four slides will show you what that looks like.
